Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Estimator at Alumeshet in Yavne. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for conducting accurate cost estimations, preparing project bids, analyzing blueprints and specifications, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and providing support to the project management team. The Senior Estimator will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of architectural projects by providing accurate and competitive cost estimates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cost estimation and project bidding
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in analyzing blueprints and specifications
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with suppliers and subcontractors
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in the construction industry
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
