Service Manager - English teacher

Guide and support students through the Wall Street English online program, providing both didactic and administrative services while simultaneously reaching their students’ required progress goals.

Responsibilities

·       Available to meet students’ needs and requests during working hours.

·       Work on and track student progress by building an accurate and productive study plan.

·       Build and manage student meeting schedule.

·       Work on renewals and referrals.

·       Collaborate with the sales team and colleagues.

·       Report to the National Service Manager.

·       Minimize the cancelation requests.

·       Accountable for reaching students’ didactic goals.

Location & Commitments

·       Work from home.

·       Full time. Evening hours- 12:00- 21:00

·       Bonuses: upon pre-set goals.

Candidate Requirements/Qualifications

·       No degree required

·       Native or advanced level of both English and Hebrew.

·       Teen oriented. Be able to work with teen students.

·       Organized

·       Independent

·       Reliable

·       Self-disciplined

·       Punctual
