Miracle is looking for a talented Cellular Phone Teammate to be part of global company.

The team provides mobile services Sunday to Thursday from 8:30am until 5:30pm.

Job Description:

• Provides cellular services and support to Israel employees:
• Handling employee requests according to an SLA.
• Support mobile issues.
• Issuance of new devices.
• Handling invoice inquiries.
• Handling repair and replacement of device.
• Handling device clearance when the employee leaves the company or returns the mobile device.
• Providing general information.
• Responsibility for devices inventory and daily/monthly reports.
• Operates lines management systems.
• Operate local and global ongoing projects in mobile domain.
• Responsibility for mobile vendor management in Israel.
• Willing to support via phone on off-work hours.
