About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Spring Boot developer with at least 5 years of industry experience to join our dynamic team. This individual will serve as a mentor to other team members, so we are looking for someone with exceptional expertise and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate into leading, technology-rich projects at Rafael.
• Join a team that works with the latest full-stack technologies.
• Analyze requirements, perform design, development, and integration.
• Take responsibility for delivering software products that meet requirements in the most professional manner.
• Serve as a knowledge center and mentor for other team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/science or equivalent military service.
• Over 5 years of hands-on software development experience, with expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Broad professional experience and the ability to mentor team members.
• Proven experience in designing and/or developing microservices-based systems - an advantage.
