The Marketing Studio team plays a crucial role in Lightricks' marketing efforts. We develop design guidelines that define our brand's visual identity and ensure consistency across platforms. Our work spans app store assets, newsletters, social media content, and more. As a designer here, you'll blend traditional skills with AI tools to create engaging visuals for Lightricks' innovative products.

What you will be doing

• Create compelling visual designs for marketing campaigns on different platforms such as app stores, social media, newsletters and email marketing
• Develop and maintain brand-aligned design guidelines to strengthen our brand identity
• Conceptualize and communicate creative ideas effectively
• Manage end-to-end design projects in various marketing channels
• Integrate AI tools into design workflows to enhance creativity and efficiency
• Deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine messaging and visuals
• Stay current with design trends to maintain competitive edge
• Ensure brand consistency while adapting designs to specific product needs and target audiences
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communication
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in professional marketing or brand design environment
• Exceptional online portfolio
• Strong fundamentals in design, image making, typography
• High proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator (familiarity with After Effects is a plus)
• Experience with AI design tools and LLM platforms (e.g. Midjourney, GPT, Claude etc.)
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively
• High attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both in Hebrew & English
• Passion for creativity and innovation in digital marketing
