Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our data annotation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work with diverse teams, including autistic annotators. This role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The Project Manager will also be responsible for acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members to deliver projects according to plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage data annotation projects from inception to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of project team members, including autistic annotators and social workers.
• Manage project budget, resources, and timelines.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status.
• Ensure quality control and project standards are met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Use project management software to track project progress and report on key performance indicators.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the technology space, preferably in data management and annotation or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with autistic individuals or within an inclusive work environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
