We are looking for a full-time, experienced, and highly responsible Head of Finance to supervise all financial tasks of our company and ensure the optimal use of capital and resources.

The Head of Finance will oversee all financial activities, provide strategic recommendations to the executive team, and manage the preparation of financial reports. This role includes operational responsibilities, ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the company.

The ideal candidate will have experience in startup environments, preparing fundraising materials, and producing monthly and quarterly financial reports for stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial management and business acumen to support the company’s long-term financial health and growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain and uplevel financial systems, policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.

Preserve adaptability while navigating unexpected situations while enabling global expansion

Work on compliance internationally - registrations, reporting, end-of-year taxes - across the regions. Coordinate efforts with external accounting firms.

Create and implement quarterly and annual budgets, forecasting results, and analyzing cash flow and profits.

Collaborate with external stakeholders including auditors, vendors, and financial institutions, and build strong relationships.

Evaluate the financial implications of growth strategies and new initiatives.

Oversee all finance responsibilities including accounting, financial reporting, tax, budgeting, and forecasting.

Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.

Manage the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Lead, mentor and inspire the global finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Supervise and control the accounting activities of subsidiaries globally, ensuring consistency and compliance across regions.

Act as a key assistant to the VP of Finance, executing complex financial operations and initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

CPA qualification from a Big Four firm.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in a fast-paced global company.

Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations and compliance. US GAAP knowledge.

Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategy development.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in financial software and systems. NetSuite experience is a Must.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
