Retention Marketing Manager - Rewards and Loyalty

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Retention Marketing Manager Manager to join our product team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our rewards and loyalty program, ensuring it delivers exceptional value to our users. You will plan, design, and execute daily campaigns, analyze their performance against KPIs, and continuously innovate to introduce new features that elevate our product offering.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Plan, design, and execute daily CRM campaigns focused on rewards and loyalty programs.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall product goals and user needs.
•    Develop a calendar of promotional activities and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
•    Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure they meet or exceed the expected KPIs.
•    Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign effectiveness.
•    Generate innovative ideas for new rewards and loyalty features that enhance user engagement and retention.
•    Work closely with the product development team to bring new features from concept to launch.
•    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our rewards and loyalty programs remain competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in CRM management, preferably within the gaming industry.
• Proven track record of planning and executing successful CRM campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with CRM tools.
• Understanding of the crypto industry and payment solutions is a plus.
