As an R10692 Optical Design Manager at Ophir Optics, you will partner with R&D & Engineering to lead and manage the Optical Designers team, developing Opto-Mechanical products (Night Vision systems).

you will report to the Dir, Engineering.

You Will Make an Impact By:

• Manage, recruit, train, guide and lead Optical Designers team
• Perform optical designs including zoom lenses
• Tolerance analysis
• Optical Engineering
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in physics/engineering. Expertise in Electro-optics
• 5+ years of experience in Optical Design
• Experience in managing and leading Optical designers' team
• Experience in working with Zemax or Code V
• Experience in designing complex lenses (zoom lenses, extenders, scan lenses…)
• Experience in IR
• English – High level
