Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Cyber Crisis Simulation Developer and Facilitator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for design, a solid understanding of cybersecurity and other technical subjects, and an interest in business, law, and public relations.

As a Cyber Crisis Simulation Developer and Facilitator, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and delivering compelling tabletop exercises (TTX) and other content. Your work will not only engage but also educate our clients on complex cybersecurity concepts, crisis management strategies, and the related business, legal, and public communication aspects essential for comprehensive cyber crisis management. Additionally, you will lead these exercises in front of C-level executives, ensuring an impactful and immersive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write engaging stories and scenarios for tabletop exercises (cyber crisis simulations), incorporating technical and cybersecurity concepts.
• Lead and facilitate tabletop exercises in front of C-level executives, delivering content effectively and ensuring an immersive experience.
• Collaborate with clients to tailor and refine content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and satisfaction.
• Design and create visually appealing slide shows and materials to accompany tabletop exercises and training, ensuring content is accessible and engaging for all participants.
• Update and refine exercise materials based on feedback and evolving cybersecurity trends.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new exercises and content enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required. Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, crisis management, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead and engage C-level executives in training and simulation sessions.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and trends with a proven track record in the field.
• Creativity and a strong aesthetic sense for designing visually appealing and engaging training content.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging and understandable content.
• Experience working with SaaS products in a fast-paced, global setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
