Procurement and Export/Import specialist

Collplant Biotechnologies is developing technologies in the fields of regenerative medicine, 3D bioprinting of tissues and organs and medical aesthetics. We are looking for a Procurement and Export/Import specialist, to join our site in Rehovot.

Reporting directly to the Supply chain manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordination of purchasing activities with relation to Cost, Delivery and quality

optimal for company’s needs according to company's work plan.

• Purchasing of equipment supplies and services in accordance with the needs of the

company work plan while leading PD-PO process (Pos generation workflow)

• Sub-contractors, vendors &suppliers outsource labs; terms of delivery.

• Handling all export and import needs, including Varied type of shipments (Temperature

control, etc.), Obtaining permits for import (Ministry of health / Standard institute as

needed).

• Ensuring shipments Insurance coverage is in place.

Education and experience requirements

• High School Diploma. BA degree

• Post-secondary course in Purchasing. Course or formal training in the field of procurement

• Training in the field of export-import and international trade with an emphasis on Medical Device.

• Knowledge of MS Office and relevant purchasing management software.
