Project Manager & Analyst Salesforce - 1305

IBI Investments House is looking for Project Manager & Analyst Salesforce

The role will be part of the organization's IT team and will serve as the technical leader of the system.

As part of the role:

• Providing support and service to system users, troubleshooting and analyzing business requirements
• Managing and creating reports and dashboards for organization users, as well as managing user permissions
• Planning and defining integrations with a variety of products and systems, including writing detailed documents that include business needs, process details, objects, data, and interfaces for integration
• Driving internal organizational factors, collaborating with external suppliers

Role requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or relevant professional certification - must
• Professional experience with Salesforce - must
• At least 3 year of implementation experience with Salesforce CRM, specifically with Sales, Marketing, and Services
• Proficiency in system architecture and different permission structures
• Proficiency in Reports & Dashboards
• Experience working with Lightning and Classic
• Knowledge and familiarity with other CRM systems within project frameworks - significant advantage
• Experience in managing digital projects
• Experience of digital project management is an advantage
• High level of proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience of the financial services industry - big advantage
