Job Responsibilities:

Purchasing & Production: Oversee all purchasing and production processes, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient operations.
Pricing: Develop and implement pricing strategies for products.
Exporting & Shipping: Manage all exporting and shipping activities, ensuring timely delivery of products.
Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet demand.
Sewing Operations: Supervise sewing operators to ensure productivity and quality.
Collaboration: Work closely with Israel SF units, military, and law enforcement branches.
Communication: Handle extensive email correspondence with international companies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the tactical gear or garment industry.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in English and Hebrew.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiency.
Proficiency in email communication and international business relations.
Must have a car.
Work in Tirat Carmel and Caesarea
