Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesforce Implementer. The Salesforce Implementer will be responsible for implementing and configuring Salesforce solutions, customizing Salesforce features and functions according to business requirements, and integrating Salesforce with other systems. The Salesforce Implementer will also provide training and support to end users, manage data and security in Salesforce, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems
• Understanding of data management and security in Salesforce
• Ability to provide training and support to end users
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus
• System adminstrator certifications
