About this opportunity 

We are looking for an instructional designer with strong written communication skills and an innovative approach to content creation across a variety of media and channels, with a passion for marketing and experience in visual and design.

The role includes the responsibility to lead complex training solution projects and execute hands-on deliverables for new products and new SW versions

including conducting needs analysis, designing learning solutions, developing content, and assessing its effectiveness.

You will interact closely with software developers, SQA, engineering management, project managers, and a diverse group of cross-functional teams

In this role, you will… 

• Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content
• Develop content such as presentations, videos, courseware, workshops, quizzes, and more, by working with multiple SMEs and under a tight timeline
• Manage end-to-end projects to ensure that content is created and deployed properly in accordance with the project plan.
• Identify GAPS in current processes and work on improvements

In this role, you’ll need … 

• 2-4 years of experience as an instructional designer
• Experience with instructional design tools (MUST)
• In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
• A Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related field
• An experience on SW or product implementation (advantage)
