Job Description

Leading OPS domains from early engagement to product release through NPI readiness BKM.

Optimize overall product related operative processes (T/K structure, Commonality, multi configuration etc.) by integrating PBU and OPS teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead OPS NPI readiness projects portfolio: prioritization, overall responsibility budget, resources, risks, progress and NPI management
Assure and apply project management routine:
IDT, Readiness, Gate, ELS control, sourcing IDT and other require/define domain.
PDP system updaters (PRD, Accolade…) across Gate phases in collaboration with PBU P.M to assure smooth transition to operation.
Readiness Report out to management: progress/readiness level, risks, gaps, help needed
Identify opportunities to product optimization process and improvement implementation (Line Design guideline, T/K structure, sourcing IDT commonality, multi configuration management etc.)
Escalation points for unsolved issues out of OPS

Skills And Experience

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant Proj/Prg Mgmt experience (Minimum Organizational experience of 4-6 years)
BSC degree in industrial engineer/Technical domain.
Experience in leading cross- organization projects, leadership capabilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (in Hebrew and English.)
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Operational and business units' knowledge - advantage
