About The Role

As a Creative Content Creator, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our brand awareness, and increasing the outbound/inbound business growth. Your mission is to build and manage our online presence, using your content creation skills and social media savvy to enhance both the personal brand of our leadership and the corporate brand. If you're passionate about social media, content creation, and engaging with audiences both online and offline, this is the perfect role for you.

Who You Are

• Content Enthusiast: You have at least 1 year of experience building an online presence for a brand, meeting KPIs such as the number of articles, posts, and comments.
• Social Media Savvy: You understand social media like it's second nature. You know how to create engaging content and build relationships through social platforms.
• Master Communicator: You’ll engage with senior-level executives and a broad audience, so your written, verbal, and presentation skills must be impeccable.
• Highly Organized: You'll manage multiple content streams and social media accounts, so staying focused and on task is essential.
• Growth-Oriented: As our business rapidly evolves, so should you. We provide the training, tools, and guidance—you bring the dedication to grow and succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Content Creation: Develop and execute a content strategy that includes articles, blog posts, social media updates, and SEO-friendly content to build and maintain our online presence.
• Social Selling: Use social media platforms to engage with potential clients, build relationships, and drive new business opportunities.
• Manage LinkedIn Presence: Oversee and enhance the LinkedIn profiles of our leadership and company. This includes posting regular updates, engaging with followers, and growing our online network.
• SEO & Analytics: Optimize content for search engines to increase visibility and track the performance of content using analytics tools.
• Conference Engagement: Assist in positioning our leadership as thought leaders by managing speaking engagements at conferences and events, ensuring their presence both online and offline.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to align content strategies with business goals and objectives.
• Meet KPIs: Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to content creation, social media engagement, and lead generation.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts, or a related field.
• Language: Fluent English—ideally as a first language.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year and up to 4-5 years of experience in building an online presence for a brand and meeting KPIs.
