German content writer

As a leader in online learning and compliance software, VinciWorks is expanding into the German market and looking for a talented German-language writer to join our team. Our training raises awareness of key topics in compliance, data privacy and information security, and good workplace behaviour. This role requires the trifecta of (1) creative writing, (2) deep and accurate research and (3) a compelling pedagogical approach.

You will be responsible for developing training for a leading international provider at the cutting edge of learning and technology, and imagining new and innovative ways of bringing training and awareness to life.

This role will focus on creating training content for Germany as VinciWorks grows its presence in this region. You will need to simplify complex topics for wide audiences and deliver e-learning content with panache. This role isn’t about writing clickbait or SEO. We’re leading the conversation on how companies and employees can fight back against bribery, money laundering, sexual harassment and a host of other areas.

Location

We are a hybrid team based in Israel, the UK and Ireland, with offices in Jerusalem, Loughborough and Galway, with plans to open an office in Germany in 2024.

Responsibilities

●      Spearhead independent research on global compliance topics

●      Dream up innovative and exciting ways to deliver e-learning

●      Empathise with your audience and write highly relevant content

●      Take ownership of a content area of our library and ensure all of our material is in line with the latest regulations and best practice advice

Requirements

●      Strong research skills

●      Originality and creativity

●      No fear of the blank page

●      Accuracy and dedication to quality

●      Fluent English speaker

●      Fluent German speaker

Salary & Benefits

For the UK:

The salary range for this position is £42,000 to £48,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.

For Israel:

The salary range for this position is 16,000 NIS to 25,000 NIS per month, depending on skills and experience.
