Growth Manager

An interesting and innovative startup company (in the gaming and Ad-tech industry) located in Herzliya is looking for a Growth manager!

As a Growth Manager, you’ll manage publisher accounts, build relationships, and develop growth strategies. You’ll onboard new publishers and resolve technical and performance issues promptly.

Responsibilities:

- Manage relationships with publishers worldwide.

- Grow revenue from existing accounts.

- Serve as the technical and performance focal point for product integration and account operations.

- Optimize campaigns; analyze performance and implement improvements to meet monetization goals.

- Support the sales team in pre- and post-sale stages.

What We’re Looking For:

- 1 year of experience in a global AdTech or Gaming company- Must

- 2 years of client management experience at globally operating companies.

- Native-level proficiency in English with excellent communication skills- Must

- Sales-oriented with strong negotiation abilities.

- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and peers.

- Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.

- Detail-oriented with a strategic vision and strong analytical skills.

- Passionate about games with a solid understanding of the gaming industry Advantage

- Bachelor’s degree.
