Role Overview: We are seeking a highly driven and dynamic Product and Operations Manager to join our team. In this dual role, you will play a crucial part in building and scaling our simulation and data analysis infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage operations, define processes, and resolve system issues.

What will your job look like?

• Define, monitor, and manage data analysis processes in collaboration with infrastructure and development teams.
• Oversee the operation of the existing HIL lab and scale it to support a future data farm.
• Define large-scale monitoring processes and develop dashboards to reflect system and data status to stakeholders and customers.
• Communicate system and data status to stakeholders effectively.
• Lead and implement solutions to system issues by leveraging expertise from cross-company teams.
• Document systems, processes, and create user guides for the product.
  
  

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a technical-focused management role.
• Strong technical writing skills in English
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Good system understanding and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis and management - An advantage
• Experience defining large-scale data monitoring processes and developing dashboards - An advantage.
