- Conduct thorough analysis of website user behavior and conversion funnels to identify areas for optimization.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase conversion rates and improve overall website performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mainly tech and product to set event driven tracking and to improve funnel performance based on your research.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to conversion rate and other relevant metrics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel or Adobe Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
