Senior Business Analyst B2B- Maternity leave replacement

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Business Analyst with a passion for strategy and operations in the tech space who will join our B2B department. The B2B Business Analyst will support Gett's business strategy and data-driven decision making in the Israeli market. Managing the B2B marketplace which includes the business customer side and the supply side.

Responsibilities:

• Use analytical skills and business judgment to identify and solve business problems
• Managing junior BA as part of the team
• Responsible for business analysis of meeting availability and profitability B2B targets
• Promote and lead developments and projects while performing ROI analysis using SQL
• Configure the marketplace to achieve optimal performance
• Lead strategic projects with senior management and internal units to improve operations, pricing structures, products, marketing and more.
• Provide local market intelligence: together with Tech team, research tools and methods used by competitors
• Enable data-driven decision making and tracking of business performance
  
  

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business analyst
• Educated to a Degree level. Preferably in Statistics, Economics, Management or other quantitative fields.
• Master abilities in Excel & PowerPoint and SQL.
• Experience in team management - advantage
• Fluent English & Hebrew
• Experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau) - advantage.
• Creative and out of the box thinking.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Able to work under tight and demanding timelines in a fast paced environment.
• Self-motivated and independent.
