Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with different stakeholders for requirements, testing, and release calendar. Ensure a synchronous running of day-to-day processes among the R&D teams
• Work with the SW, Algo and Logic-Design Engineers to understand the impact of branching and code merges; plan and maintain the integration of the version.
• Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality
• Continuously Release Reporting, Communicate release details and schedules
• Constantly work towards making improvements in the release process
• Manage the release notes creation process
• Be the focal point for CS, Support, Product, and other stakeholders and communicate upcoming release content.
  
  

• 3-5 years of experience as a release manager/program manager - Must
• Practical experience with Git, Jira, and CI/CD – Must
• Experience in leading and managing Multidisciplinary technological projects involving HW-SW integrations
• Knowledge of Scrum/agile development methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and management skills
• Leader, team player, fast learner, and has a “get things done” attitude
• Fluent in English and Hebrew
