Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and experience management whit 2-3 years at TAPI/Planer

Analyze production orders, bills of materials (BOMs), and customer requirements.
Develop detailed production schedules that outline the sequence of tasks, resource allocation (labor, materials, equipment), and estimated completion times.
Identify and address potential bottlenecks and production issues proactively.
Work with engineering and procurement to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
Coordinate production schedules with sales, marketing, and logistics departments.
Maintain and update production plans as needed to reflect changes in demand or resource availability.
Experience with quality control procedures- advantage
