Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Data Management at Clal Insurance. The Head of Data Management will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day data governance, data quality, and data management activities. The role involves utilizing analytical skills and data modeling to drive data-driven decision-making. While based in Tel Aviv-Yafo, the role offers flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Management skills
• Analytical Skills for data analysis and interpretation
• Data Modeling for designing and implementing data structures
• Experience in the insurance or financial industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics)
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Data Management Professional, Certified Data Governance Professional) are a plus
