Mobile Engineer

Dreamteam is seeking a talented Senior Mobile Developer to join as the first mobile developer at DreamTeam. In this pioneering role, you will play a crucial role in developing and scaling our product - DreamTeam PeopleOS for mobile from scratch. You will work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to deliver a top-notch mobile experience that redefines the HR tech industry.

• Design, develop, and maintain our PeopleOS mobile application for iOS and Android platforms.
• Lead the full mobile development lifecycle, including product, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with our product and design professionals to deliver high-quality features and improvements.
• Optimize our mobile application for maximum speed, scalability and user experience.
• Take the lead in establishing best practices and setting the technical direction for mobile development at DreamTeam.
• Contribute to building the vision and infrastructure of our PeopleOS on the mobile.

Requirements

• Deep experience as a Mobile Developer or similar role in mobile application development.
• Strong proficiency in mobile development frameworks and languages such as Swift, Kotlin, React Native, or Flutter.
• Deep experience with iOS and Android development.
• Proficient in mobile application architecture and design patterns.
• Passion for developing products that have a significant impact on users' day-to-day experiences.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach and attention to details.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
