Director Of Infrastructure Engineering

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Director of Infrastructure Engineering to lead our infrastructure teams, including DevOps, MLOps, and Data Engineering. This role will involve managing team leads and their respective teams, working closely with Data Science professionals and development teams, promoting a collaborative and innovative culture, and managing large-scale environments, ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of our cutting-edge software products

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the infrastructure group, including DevOps, MLOps, and Data Engineering.
• Oversee team leads and their respective teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Lead the development of new groundbreaking features, emphasizing scalability, performance, and reliability
• Build solutions that allow our R&D teams to work productively at scale
• Optimize infrastructure costs and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and peers like Data Science and development teams to understand and meet their needs
• Ensuring we are solving the right problems by sourcing input from multiple channels and prioritizing effectively for maximum impact
• Implement best practices for infrastructure management and operations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role managing infrastructure teams.
• 6+ years of experience in Infrastructure engineering such as Devops\Data Engineering\ML OPS.
• Experience with hiring and growing team leaders and engineers
• Experience running production systems reliably and at scale
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and cloud cost.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes, IaC, CI CD
• Knowledge of Big Data tools and real time architecture,
• Experience in automating and managing large-scale infrastructure
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
