Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic Department Manager for an entry-level management position in our vibrant Summer School department. This is a full-time, on-site role in Ramat Efal. Report directly to the CEO, the Department Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Summer School department, managing staff, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services, liaising with clients, coordinating and monitoring project execution according to a strict timeline and contributing to the overall success of the project.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and Hebrew
• Experience in the education or consulting industry (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (preferred)
• Former experience working with children and youth (preferred)
