Agwa is looking for a customer technical support specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to resolve their technical issues, provide product guidance, and ensure a positive customer experience. Your ability to troubleshoot complex problems and communicate effectively will be crucial in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve our products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes and procedures.
- Promote self-service tools and resources to empower customers.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably with a technological hardware product.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
- Relevant Bachelor degree or diploma.
- Exceptional proficiency in both Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.
