Economic & Strategic Consultant

Adalya Consulting & Management, specializing in consulting for the public sector, is recruiting a consultant for the Employment and Economy team working with the Tkuma Administration.

Job Description

• Developing and adapting employment tools for small and medium-sized enterprises in the Tkuma region.
• Building economic models and multi-year budgets.
• Formulating output and outcome metrics.
• Analyzing government/public programs and formulating data-based recommendations.
• Writing professional position papers.
• Collaborating with multiple stakeholders: government ministries, civil society organizations, and additional service providers.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics / Accounting / PPE (Philosophy, Politics, and Economics) - required.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management / economic and strategic consulting / data analysis - required.
• Experience working with the public sector - required.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint) - required.
• Experience in writing policy documents.
• High verbal and written expression skills.
• Practical knowledge in Power BI.
