About You:  A talented Marketing Graphic Designer with exceptional conceptual and visual design skills. You will own the creation of captivating campaigns that align with our cutting-edge UI and brand identity. 

Role Overview: As our Marketing Graphic Designer, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing and visual communication efforts. Your designs will shape audience perceptions and drive engagement with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics for various channels, including paid channels, social media, email marketing, banners, landing pages, infographics, and presentations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Act as the gatekeeper of all creative assets, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and brand messaging.
• Create attractive and user-friendly designs for our website to ensure seamless user experience and brand consistency.
• Innovate and bring fresh ideas to enhance our growth efforts.
• Stay current with design trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including digital marketing materials.
• Strong design, color, composition, typography, and conceptual ideation abilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Figma, AI tools).
• UX/UI experience and proficiency in Figma for creating and prototyping user interfaces and social assets.
• Pixel-perfect attention to detail.
• Creative team player with excellent communication skills.
• Video editing experience for social media.
• Knowledge and understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) is a must.
