Our mission is to empower customers with cutting-edge digital tools to manage their finances efficiently. As we expand our digital presence, we seek a talented Business/Data Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview:
The Business/Data Marketing Analyst will be crucial in driving our customer acquisition and engagement strategies. You will analyze data to uncover insights, optimize marketing campaigns, and support strategic decision-making processes. This position requires a blend of analytical skills, marketing knowledge, and a passion for data-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to acquire and retain customers.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and targeted content for various customer segments.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing efforts.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve customer acquisition and engagement.
- Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on key metrics.
- Create and maintain dashboards to visualize marketing performance and business impact.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a data-driven marketing role, preferably within the software or tech industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, data visualization tools - Looker, Tableau, PBI etc).
- Experience with digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Independent, fast learner, and able to prioritize well while working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with many different interfaces.
- Knowledge of the Israeli market and understanding the needs of freelancers, micro, and small businesses is a plus.
