Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced CISO Team Manager to lead and develop our team of CISOs (vCISOs), who provide strategic cybersecurity guidance and support to our diverse client base. As a CISO Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality CISO services, overseeing client relationships, and driving the growth of our MSSP practice.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of CISOs, fostering their professional development and expertise
• Oversee the delivery of CISO services, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with their strategic goals
• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps for clients
• Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point
• Collaborate with senior management to drive the growth and success of our MSSP practice
• Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats and trends, ensuring our services remain cutting-edge

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a CISO, vCISO, or cybersecurity consultant
• Deep knowledge and practical experience with cybersecurity frameworks, methodologies, and technologies
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
• Proven leadership, communication, and client management skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Passion for staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape
