Publisher Sales - Business Development

MyFeature is a dynamic and growing ad tech startup focused on innovative solutions for app publishers. Are you ready to impact the way the world experiences online advertising? We're seeking a self-motivated, energetic, and responsive Publisher Sales Manager to join our sales team. This role will see you approaching and developing new leads daily, qualifying prospects, leading and closing negotiations, coordinating with other internal departments to onboard your clients smoothly, ensuring their satisfaction, and attending to their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales cycle, from cold leads to closing contracts and onboarding.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing publishers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success with our platform.
• Stay current with industry trends and developments.
• Think outside the box and bring new solutions to the table.
• Develop opportunities in new markets with innovative sales tools and solutions.
• The ability to develop sales mechanisms and lead generation processes.

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of sales experience in digital fields.
• At least 1 year of relevant sales experience.
• Ad tech experience.
• Multilingual skills. English is a must; any additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Self-managed and capable of working independently, with guidance provided as needed.
