Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Branding Designer at SIVAN-GROUP located in Netanya. As a Lead Branding Designer, you will conduct market research, develop brand strategies, design creative marketing materials, manage brand identity, and provide guidance and leadership to the design team. You will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and create innovative design solutions.

In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will help other designers build their branding work, lead and

mentor them throughout their progress, and provide tutoring to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in developing branding strategies and executing design projects.
• Excellent understanding of visual communication principles and brand identity.
• Ability to lead and manage a design team, providing guidance and feedback.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design solutions.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Must have at least 5 years of design experience, with at least 3 years at a branding company.
