Client Relationship / Marketing Officer - EU

We are looking for a client relationship/marketing officer to raise the company’s profile in the following countries - Belgium, France, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, United Kingdom.

Your role

• As a dynamic member of our EU Sales team, you will play a key role in our commercial success by supporting our sales efforts and promoting our products and brand
• You will lead the team’s pre and after sales initiatives
• Create engaging content through interaction with research and engineering teams
• Contribute to strategic projects
• Organize sales events
• Manage marketing campaigns, mailings and webcasts for clients/prospects
• Master the local website and social media
• Drive our external press agency
• You will ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service delivery and proactive communication.

Your profile

• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in Dutch and French is an advantage
• Excellent communicator and creative copy-writer
• Highly organized, rigorous and flexible, possessing strong analytical and ICT skills
• University degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Communication, Journalism - a plus
