Financial Responsibilities:

• Manage the organization’s financial operations and accounting department, including costing, budgeting, control, and collection.
• Oversee payroll processes, including payslip control, sales department commissions, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
• Handle supplier payments and accounts, including managing invoices according to the company’s payment terms.
• Manage client forms and updates, bank credit lines, and oversee guarantees and pledges.
• Maintain relationships with external auditors and prepare for external and internal audits.
• Prepare and manage financial reports and related financial disclosures.
• Control the company’s cash flow.
• Develop, manage, implement, and monitor the organization’s annual budget.
• Collaborate with program managers and partners to develop annual and multi-year work plans.
• Negotiate with suppliers and service providers, and lead renovation and maintenance plans.
• Oversee procurement activities.

Strategic Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement policies and tools for financial management across all organizational frameworks.
• Empower and develop the financial and budgetary capabilities of the management team and framework managers.
• Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and the Board of Directors.
• Lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage investor relations, including fundraising efforts and interactions with venture capital firms and private investors.

Managerial Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of employees.
• Develop and implement policies and tools for financial management across all organizational frameworks.
• Empower and develop the financial and budgetary capabilities of the management team and framework managers.
• Report to the CEO and the Board of Directors.



Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration – mandatory.
• Master’s degree – an advantage.
• Proven experience in management within a fast-paced organization (Startup experience – an advantage).
• At least 4 years of proven experience in managing financial systems with an annual turnover of at least 20 million ILS.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team-working ability, leadership, and motivation skills.
• Impressive ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Experience in negotiation.
• Proven knowledge and experience working with government offices and local authorities – mandatory.
• Experience in fundraising and working with venture capital firms and private investors – mandatory.
• High-level writing and expression skills in Hebrew and English.
