Operations PMO

Gett is a Ground Transportation Solution with the mission to organize all the best mobility providers in one global platform. It’s a $100bn market involving Drivers, Riders Suppliers and Businesses.

We are currently looking for a PMO to join our Operations department.

Key responsibilities

• :The PMO will be responsible for the central planning and execution, release, and adoption of business projects
• .Serving as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries, issues, and escalations
• .Leading cross-functional and cross-organizational projects and initiatives to support the business goals
• .Working closely with the CEO and taking an active part in the management leadership; constantly shape and improving our way of work to support the domain and company business needs
• .Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize projects based on organizational goals and resource availabilit
• yCoordinate and facilitate project reviews, audits, and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• .Manage project documentation and knowledge repositories, ensuring accessibility and accuracy
• .Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to enhance project delivery capabilities and efficiency

Requirement

• s:B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Industrial or equivale
• nt5+ years of experience in P
• MOExperience from Advisory company- an advanta
• geFluent in Hebrew and English both written and verb
