Field Application Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Guide the software transition from development to implementation.
- Provide customer training after installation.
- Be the main point of contact for Cath lab clients, offering support.
- Monitor Cath Labs around the world, requiring extensive air travel and willingness to spend significant time in the air.
- Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) at official locations and Cath Labs.
- Relay client feedback to R&D and management.
- Help introduce new products and upgrades.
- Document and address user-reported issues.
- Validate clinical use cases and perform usability testing.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in fields like Biology, Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, etc.
- Self-motivated and organized with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Comfortable in a Cath Lab clinical environment.
- Tech-savvy with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical background.
