This is an onsite position in our offices located in Azur (Holon-Tel Aviv area).

This is a leadership position, with fluent English (at MT level) and B2B background.

Your role is pivotal in ensuring our creative output meets and exceeds client expectations while maintaining our agency's standards of excellence in visual communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Leadership:

  - Lead and inspire a team of designers and artists to deliver innovative and impactful visual concepts.

  - Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to translate marketing and messaging goals into creative strategies.

2. Concept Development:

  - Initiate and lead brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for campaigns, branding, and digital experiences.

  - Develop concepts that are visually engaging, on-brand, and aligned with client objectives.

3. Design Execution:

  - Hands-on and overseeing the execution of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality, cohesive deliverables.

  - Provide guidance on typography, photography, and other visual elements.

4. Client Collaboration:

  - Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding creative direction and design strategy.

  - Present and articulate creative concepts effectively to clients, incorporating feedback and ensuring client satisfaction.

5. Team Management:

  - Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering their growth and development within the agency.

6. Industry Awareness:

  - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve creative processes continuously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 4 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work
• Understanding of exhibitions and trade shows is a plus
