What You'll Do

Event Planning and Execution:

  • Plan, manage, and execute impactful, data-driven event marketing that seamlessly integrate with other marketing channels.
  • Champion standardization and optimization across all event delivery elements, fostering efficiency and productivity.
  • Bridge the gap: Collaborate with internal event experts to identify and conceptualize strategic event opportunities that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze and report on event performance to gain valuable insights and continuously improve future experiences.

Marketing Strategist

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies with clear ROI measurements to demonstrate the business impact of your efforts.
  • Embrace data analytics to monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, driving strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure lead quality and prompt follow-up, fostering strong customer relationships and maximizing conversions.

Content & Social Media Maestro

  • Craft compelling content (including event materials, social media posts, articles, and videos) that ignites audience engagement and fuels campaign success.
  • Amplify your impact by leveraging social media platforms to promote events, cultivate brand awareness, and foster community connections.
  • Create engaging posts, curate relevant content, and develop video and reels tailor-made for maximizing social media reach and engagement.

Partnership & Customer Success Champion

  • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute synergistic marketing initiatives, expanding reach and maximizing campaign effectiveness.
  • Document inspiring customer success stories that showcase the value you deliver and inspire others.
  • Play a proactive role in initiating and driving customer success activities, fostering long-term partnerships and loyalty.

Here's What We're Looking For

  • Marketing Mastermind: You possess a deep understanding of event marketing, integrated marketing strategies, and multi-channel digital landscapes.
  • Campaign Champion: You have proven experience in developing and executing successful campaigns across websites, search engines, social media, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Cloud-Focused Expertise: You have a track record of success in crafting and executing integrated marketing plans specifically for cloud technology companies.
  • Organizational Powerhouse: You excel at planning and executing projects seamlessly, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
  • Communication Virtuoso: You have outstanding organizational, communication, and writing skills to collaborate effectively and deliver clear, concise messages.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: You understand the importance of budget management and ROI, leveraging data insights to optimize strategies and maximize results.
  • Creative Collaborator: While not mandatory, experience with graphic design, video creation, and design skills will be considered a plus.
  • Fluent English

Career Level - IC2

Contributes to creation of strategic marketing plan in support of Sales pipeline and revenue objectives. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner.
