Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the preparation of the monthly and annual

closing process.

Mentor closely and advise startup CEOs on critical business

decisionsPrepare statutory financial statements.

Lead and organize the preparation for annual audits, acting as the

main liaison with external auditors.

Analyze actual, forecast, and budget expenses monthly and

quarterly.

Manage budget control and analysis to ensure expense control

over financial transactions and reporting.

Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.

Assist in monitoring and maintaining the company’s KPIs.

Requirements:

CPA with Big 4 experience – Must 

Bachelor's degree in Accounting - Must

Strong analytical capabilities with excellent data collection and

analysis skills.

A hands-on and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Strong accounting principles and US GAAP knowledge of revenue

recognition - Advantage

You have 2 years of relevant work experience in a global high-

tech company – Advantage

Experience in the SaaS industry – Advantage

Experience with Priority, NetSuite ERP system - Advantage

Experience in budgeting and forecasting – Advantage
