Project Management Officer

We're seeking a PMO to join our successful company in Bnei Brak city.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee project governance processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and standards.
• Support project managers in planning, monitoring, and controlling project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project management methodologies, templates, and tools to facilitate efficient project execution.
• Coordinate project reporting and communications across stakeholders, providing timely updates and insights to senior management.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on project management processes and tools.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO,

Requirements:

-4-6 years of experience as a PMO professional, preferably in financial or insurance companies.

-Proficiency in project management software (MS-Project or equivalent).

-Proficiency in MS-Office software suite including Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

-Native-level proficiency in English.
