We're seeking a PMO to join our successful company in Bnei Brak city.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee project governance processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and standards.
Support project managers in planning, monitoring, and controlling project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Develop and maintain project management methodologies, templates, and tools to facilitate efficient project execution.
Coordinate project reporting and communications across stakeholders, providing timely updates and insights to senior management.
Provide training and guidance to project teams on project management processes and tools.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO,

Requirements:

-4-6 years of experience as a PMO professional, preferably in financial or insurance companies.

-Proficiency in project management software (MS-Project or equivalent).

-Proficiency in MS-Office software suite including Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

-Native-level proficiency in English.
