Organization and Methods Engineer

A leading financial organization in Ramat Gan is seeking an Organization and Methods project manager to lead a leading cross-departmental projects and support the business activities of the various units within the department.

Responsibilities

leading business projects from initiation to implementation.

Managing budget, schedules, synchronizing interfaces and resources.

Building work processes, diagnosing the current situation and business needs.

Qualifications

Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management - Must.

Previous experience of 2-4 years in managing large and complex business projects / organization and methods - Must

Ability to lead end-to-end processes, analyze business processes, and have strategic understanding

High proficiency in EXCEL and POWER POINT.
