We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for a Associate Legal Counsel to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing legal consultation to the company’s different global departments, including G&A, Compliance, Marketing, HR, R&D, Product etc.;
• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements (software, services and consultants, purchase, marketing, IT/IP agreements, payment processing, data privacy, NDA, etc.);
• Creation, review and negotiations of complex commercial agreements such as financing agreements, Broker agreements, asset purchase agreements.
• Assisting in M&A and joint ventures agreements under the supervision of a senior legal counsel.
• Group and group companies’ corporate matters;
• Related matters to financial services regulation (Europe, UK, US, AUs and other locations) and other regulatory issues (such as privacy and data protection);
• Provide ongoing and proactive strategic advice regarding operational and financial business risks and counsel on contract interpretation and potential dispute issues.
  
  

• An experienced commercial lawyer with about 3-5 years experience in a global high-tech company (with a big advantage to Fintech/highly regulated environment/publicly traded company) or in a commercial/corporate/high-tech department in a leading law firm.
• mother-tongue level English.
• Significant experience in negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements, including software licenses and technology related agreements, marketing agreements, purchase agreements etc.
• Experienced in M&A and joint ventures deals.
