System Integrator

Ness is seeking a skilled Integration Lead to oversee the installation and operation of complex computer systems within a Biometric Self Procurement project for a Governmental Authority based in Jerusalem and nationwide. The role involves addressing hardware and software issues across approximately 120 sites, managing relationships with suppliers and clients, and coordinating organizational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and operate complex computer systems in Biometric Self Procurement installations.
• Respond promptly to hardware and software malfunctions in End stations and Servers.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers and customers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage and organize project tasks effectively.
• Undertake multiple trips and hands-on work in infrastructure environments.
• Adhere to strict security protocols and requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hands-on integration, installation, and operation of complex computer systems with a strong ability to work independently.
• Expertise in endpoint care and maintenance, with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Comprehensive understanding and experience with communication equipment.
• Proficiency in maintenance of endpoint hardware.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software and Microsoft WIN-based operating systems.
• Ability to write characterization documents and procedures effectively.
• Minimum one year of experience working directly with clients and project managers.
• Exceptional service orientation and patience.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Experience as a Sys Admin and possession of MCSE certification are advantageous.
• Prior experience in end-to-end integration services characterization and planning is a plus.
• Experience in writing operational scripts is beneficial.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively throughout Israel.
• Willingness to undergo security clearance for a governmental authority.
