Salesforce Business Applications Team Lead

Our growing Biz Tech team is looking for a Salesforce Business Applications Team Lead to build best-in-class business tools, automations, and integrations to support the Client Facing Teams' innovation, growth, and efficiency.

As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing our Salesforce platform, leading a team of implementors and developers and ensuring the effective implementation, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions aligned with our business objectives.

The role entails collaboration with executive leaders to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

About The Role

• Lead and mentor a team of super-power Salesforce implementors and developers.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members while fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configuration and development.
• Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce instances and ensure adherence to best practices for data management, system integrations, and user adoption.
• Work closely with Business Operations, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Work towards impact - achieve customer satisfaction while taking into consideration scalability, performance, and UX/UI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BI, Data Engineers, Marketing, Backend developers etc.
  
  

• Proven experience (3 years) in Salesforce Implementation, configuration, and development.
• Previous experience (at least 1 year) in a team leadership or management role.
• Strong technical and operational skills and a passion for implementing features end-to-end.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing Salesforce projects from concept to deployment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skill set to collaborate with various divisions in the organization effectively.
• Fast learner, adaptive, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Team player, with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathy.
• Experience with Apex Code, Lightning Web Components - advantage.
