Job Description
We are looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of analysts that will maintain functional spend models and forecasts and apply analytics to understand core inputs to influence and shape the company's go-to-market strategy
- Develop annual operating plan and interface with the field organization to help optimize business needs
- Build, develop, and maintain detailed financial and operating models to help predict future performance, perform scenario analyses, and guide the business on strategic decisions
- Develop world-class financial reporting, giving management transparent reporting of results and forecasts
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 6+ years of FP&A experience
- Strong financial modeling/Integrated models development with high level of excel skills
- Strong leadership, business partnering, and presentation skills
- Ownership attitude to drive initiatives with minimal direction
