Colmex is a leading financial services company, specializing in online trading and investment solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Compliance team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring company’s exposure and trading portfolio, ensuring the company is within approved limits, policies, and procedures.
• Developing and implementing effective methods of detection and remediation of trading fraud.
• Ensuring the smooth and correct operation of the company’s systems and trading platforms.
• Providing key parties with trading statistics.
• Obtaining FX pricing from Liquidity providers, monitoring margin levels at LPs, ensuring that orders placed at LP do not stop-out and hedging works effectively.
• Reviewing spreads and commissions.
  
  

• Experience in similar role within the financial services industry
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Math's or in other related fields
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of trading systems Platforms and CFD (MT4, Bloomberg, Reuters), Excel proficiency
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of financial regulations - Advantage
