Game Producer

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Game Producer to join our dynamic team. As a Game Producer, you will oversee the development and production of new games from concept to completion. You will work closely with all members of the game development flow including Creative, R&D, Analytics, Monetization, and Marketing. Your role will involve coordinating and managing the production schedule, identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring effective communication among team members, and successfully delivering the game to production within the timeline and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire game development process from concept to release.
• Coordinate and manage the production schedule to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the development process.
• Manage the project budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address issues.
• Create product requirement documents based on game design and relevant tasks.
• Ensure the game meets all technical and creative requirements.
• Monitor and analyze player feedback to inform future updates.
• Facilitate playtesting sessions and gather feedback.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage post-launch support and updates.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in game production, project management in the gaming industry or product management with high focus on execution and delivery.
• Strong understanding of game development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Jira and other project management tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for mobile games and the gaming industry.
• Experience with budgeting and resource allocation.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
